I know who holds tomorrow

Here is a song that has been on my heart today. I wanted to share it to remind someone out there of God's faithfulness. I too need this reminder, daily and constantly. Things are far from perfect in my life right now but I rest assured of one thing in a time of loneliness and what seems like complete uncertainity: God is in control and where He leads me I will certainly follow.
